St Mary Medical Centre patients completed survey’s recently. Patients were asked answer question and provide honest feedback about our service. Patient surveys were distributed to patients of all clinic doctors during various days and times.
Overall our results were extremely pleasing. Our overall rating was 99% Patient Satisfaction. All areas were in the top 90% of all PAIS mean scores. This is a great result. As part of our ongoing improvement to improve our service through this valuable feedback received we now aim to:
