From time to time this practice invites patients to complete a questionnaire on their views of the practice and how it could be improved. These questionnaires are completely confidential, anonymous and help us to improve our services. We endeavour to provide the best possible care according to AMA guidelines.
We also have a suggestion form & mailbox for any comments located in the main waiting area. Feel free to comment on any issues or feedback you think we may benefit from. This can be done anonymously if you wish.
If you are unhappy about any aspects of our service, please ask to see the Assistant Practice Manager who will be more than happy to hear your feedback.
